 Our Mission

Our mission is as ambitious as it is simple. We want to enable individuals who have experienced abuse to access the therapeutic and psychological tools to emotionally heal and move forward.

Our philosophical stance is that everybody has the capacity to change as long as they have the determination. 

Our belief is that to genuinely affect change we need to take an individualised approach, delivering services within a multiagency framework. 

Our job is to provide therapeutic interventions to increase safety, to build stronger connections and to provide an emotional space to allow people to work through their feelings and experiences.
